The following Shop Policy (“Policy”) provides information as well as the terms and conditions regarding the process of purchasing items, cancelling orders, requesting refunds, and requesting returns from the Dezydration.com online shop. Dezydration is a creative brand under the Dezy Delaceur, LLC umbrella. Dezy Delaceur, LLC and Associates (“I”, “me”, “my”) reserve the right to change this policy at any given time. I also reserve the right to reject, terminate, and refund any transaction at any time for any reason. All interpretation of this Policy is up to my discretion. For my protection as an Artist and Writer, you automatically agree to the terms within my Artwork Commission Contract, Writing Commission Contract, Concept Commission Information, Commercial Licensing Information, YCH Commission Permissions, Adoptable Permissions, and Artwork Bundle Permissions as made available on my Services page with any purchase from the Dezydration.com online shop. With purchase of any good or service from the Dezydration.com online shop, you agree that you will not use my artwork, writing, or any other creations of mine outside the permissions I have granted in these documents.
Cancellations for physical item purchases must be made within 24 hours after your order has been placed in order for you to qualify for a cancellation and refund. Cancellations for physical item purchases will not be accepted past this 24-hour window.
Cancellations for YCH Commissions must be made before relevant requested reference material has been received via email in order for you to qualify for a cancellation or refund. Cancellations for YCH Commissions will not be accepted past this 24-hour window.
Cancellations for digital item purchases are not available at this time.
Returns and exchanges for physical item purchases are not available at this time. In the case that an order has arrived incorrect or damaged, please email me at dezydration@outlook.com within 30 days of your initial purchase with information and any photographic evidence to discuss a possible refund or replacement. To qualify for a refund or replacement in the event of an incorrect or damaged item, you must be able to verify proof of purchase upon request and provide any requested photographic evidence within 30 days of your initial purchase. Note that the ruling of your case is up to my discretion.
In all other cases outside the exceptions outlined within this Policy, all sales are final.
It is important to me that all customers and clients are happy in their transactions with me. As such, I strive to provide quality customer service and to be fair and transparent in all exchanges.
